Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer both returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

⏱️ Request Timeline

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

🔗 How to Raise a Request

  • Enter your Order ID and registered phone number
  • Select return or exchange option and submit your request

🚚 Reverse Pickup Charges

  • A flat fee of ₹90 will be applicable for reverse pickup
  • This applies to both returns and exchanges

📦 Important Condition (Very Important)

  • Return or exchange will only be processed after we receive the product back at our warehouse
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original tags and packaging intact

💳 Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

  • We do not provide refunds to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit (gift card)

🎁 Store Credit Details:

  • Validity: 30 days from the date of issue
  • Can be used to purchase any product from our website

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed for size issues or product replacement
  • If the same product/size is not available:
    • You may choose any other product of equal value

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Product

We perform strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases:

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any damaged or defective claim, a proper unboxing video is required.

The video must:

  • Be recorded in a single continuous shot (no cuts)
  • Clearly show:
    • Sealed parcel (front and back)
    • Shipping label visible
    • Complete unboxing process

⏱️ Reporting Timeline

  • The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery

🔁 Resolution Process

  • Once verified, we will arrange reverse pickup
  • After receiving the product, we will process:
    • Replacement or
    • Store credit (as applicable)

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Return or exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Tags are removed
  • Request is raised after 5 days
  • Proper unboxing video is not provided for damage claims
