Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At JaipuriStitch, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products along with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

No Return or Refund Policy

We cross-check the product and size with you before dispatching the order. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, we are unable to offer returns or refunds under any circumstances — including cases of damage or defect.

However, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or exchange as per the terms mentioned below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

2. Exchange Pickup & Charges

  • We provide reverse pickup for exchange at a flat charge of ₹90, covering collection from your address.

  • The exchanged item will be shipped to you free of cost.

3. Self-Shipping Option

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode or you prefer not to pay the pickup fee,
    you may ship the product back to us at your own expense.

4. Exchange Eligibility

  • If the same print is unavailable in your desired size, you may choose a different product/style.

  • If there is no defect or sizing issue, exchange for a different product/style is not allowed.

5. Gift Card / Coupon Code Option

  • In place of an exchange, you may choose to receive a gift card or coupon code of the same value.

  • This code will be valid for 1 month from the date we receive the returned product.

  • You may use it to place a new order at your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement — not a refund — under the following conditions:

Mandatory Unpacking Video

  • A proper unboxing video is required to process your replacement.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The complete parcel (front and back)

    • The shipping label

    • The product being opened in a single, unedited clip

Reporting Timeline

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and replacement of the product.
