Shipping Time

We usually process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them.
Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location.

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, remote or unserviceable pin codes, incomplete addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always keep you informed in such situations and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD handling fee may apply. This fee is levied by our courier partners and is not a shipping charge.

Shipping Method

We work with trusted third-party courier partners to deliver your orders efficiently and safely.
Shipping methods may vary based on your location and product type. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate method for your delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and AWB number via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

You can track your shipment in two ways:

  1. Click the tracking link to view real-time delivery updates.

  2. Or visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB (tracking) number manually.

Order Delivery

Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays Due to Courier Partner

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we rely on third-party courier services.
In rare cases (less than 0.1% of orders), delays may occur due to courier-related issues.

We promise full transparency in such cases and will keep you updated at every step.
However, refunds cannot be issued unless the courier returns the product back to us.
